Great points made Chatterbox Designs! I appreciate your candid observations and as a recent transplant back to the West Coast - I was dismayed to have experienced similar attitudes from sign companies and their related go-to-market strategies, how there is a lack of value in regards to their sales force- thus the high turn over rate, etc. As a result of my own professional experiences I am much more discerning on who I collaborate with professionally asking my own qualifying questions. Strategic business planning, goal setting and product/sign design training are some important factors towards achieving sales growth.
