Opinions on project management software. We are not a production shop, we are fully custom all work done in house. 30ish employees, no separate estimating department (Salesmen do initial call, initial survey, quoting, billing and some project management), we have a design team (salesmen have a dedicated designer), graphics department, router tables, fab shop, paint booth and installers. Currently looking at Square Coil - looking for honest everyday pros and cons. WE haven't used anything like that before - current estimates, billing & POs go thru QuickBooks (desktop enterprise version). Thanks!
