RLO Sign, entering its 26th year of business, on the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan in Southeastern Wisconsin, is looking to hire a FULL TIME Sign installer. Bucket/crane truck operation with one of the largest service fleets in the area. Welding, electrical, and/or construction knowledge is beneficial.

Install all types of signs and message centers, steel poles and concrete bases. Troubleshoot problems, change lamps, ballasts, sockets, wiring, etc. in existing signs and commerical lighting. Drive and operate crane/bucket truck, use basic power and hand tools.

Excellent driving record and Class B CDL required. Knowledge of basic construction, computer and electrical skills. People friendly personality and customer serice skills. Employee will be working directly with customers at their business locations. Work is outdoors year round and can be physically demanding. Some travel required and must be comfortable working at heights up to 100 feet.

We are willing to train someone without a lot of experience if they are willing to work at a high level.
