Our Company is a family-owned sign and lighting services business with a trajectory of 30+ years. We are looking to grow the business dramatically in the next three years and are looking for qualified and motivated candidates to help us achieve our goals and grow with us.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with corporate accounts. This position is the lead and first contact with the client and is key in communicating with the client every step of the way; from conception to completion. The salesperson will know how to make each project profitable while keeping the customer satisfied. S/he will exercise discretion when dealing with high profile accounts and know how to bring in large projects that continue to be profitable past the initial sale.

The day to day duties include building leads, following up on leads, generating new business, offering services and new products to existing clients, maintaining contact with clients to update on current project status, overseeing job quality to make sure it meets and exceeds client expectations, and following up with client upon completion of project.

Candidate requirements:

- Minimum 5 years experience in Sales at major Sign Company or similar (ie. construction material vendors)

- Ability sell into corporate accounts

- Able to work in office and off-site

Responsibilities:

- Self-starter with the ability to prospect and close new business

- Achieves sales goals and executes sales plans

- Uses all the tools available to seize opportunities and close new sales

- Presents proposals to client

- Maintains high standards and quality for projects

- Actively meets and discusses projects with potential clients, is prompt and professional

- Acts as company representative within the business community

- Expertly communicates the steps required for project completion and guides client through each step clearly

- Updates client on each milestone of the project

- Able to resolve problems professionally

- Manages and owns the outcomes of the sale

- Manages a large portfolio with a variety of projects

- Familiarity with Salesforce.com
