  1. Experienced dispatcher needed to manage, route and dispatch several crews of service and installation technicians for busy electric sign company in Los Angeles. Need to be very organized and handle a fast-paced environment. Must be able to communicate well in both Spanish and English and be fluent in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Position starts early (6 - 8am) and needs to stay until all technicians are back and ready for the next day's jobs. Minimum of multiple years experience as a dispatcher of service and install techs in this or a similar industry (electrical, air conditioning, construction, etc.). Experience in the sign industry preferred. Must have basic knowledge of hardware and electrical and mechanical parts as needed to perform the service calls. Good work ethic and the willingness to do what it takes to get the job done are very important. Great organizational and communication skills and the ability to work with many strong personalities a must.

About the Position: The Sign Designer will prepare various sets of drawings and plans for client-dictated signs. S/he will use digital tools to complete to-scale precision drawings that are used to manufacture the signs to spec. The Designer is charged with creating all new dimensional designs based on client brand needs, by either digitally designing from scratch or working with existing designs to match previous projects. S/he will create drawings in different sets of readiness, from initial sketches to permit drawings with specific size and material details, to final production drawings that will be used by machinery to cut and print signs in their final size. PM's will work with Design to create and review sign drawings, procure permits, hire Sub-Contractors nationwide, work with and track manufacturing, shipping, and ultimately give pricing. The Project Management work flow will include overseeing Design, Survey, Permitting, Manufacturing, Receiving and Inspecting, Installation, hiring and coordinating with Sub-Contractors, and ensuring accurate Shipping and Crating, Final inspection, and miscellaneous items like timing and coordination of installation, quality and control inspection.
