Joseph Wartman, Retired Sign Electrician

Joseph Wartman, 62, of Petersburg, died Saturday at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood.

He was a sign electrician with Tri-State Signs, Cincinnati, and a Marine veteran of the Vietnam War.

Survivors include a daughter, Ashley Wartman; a stepson, Tom Hollingsworth of Bromley; a stepdaughter, Amy Reisenburg of Warsaw; brothers, Tony Wartman of Nashville, Tenn., Ted Wartman of Erlanger, Bob Wartman of Union, Tom Wartman of Taylor Mill, Sam Wartman of Foster, and Bob Windmiller of Glen Burnie, Md.; sisters, Jeanne Hager of Loveland, Ohio, Mary Lou Duncan of Erlanger, Julie Wartman of Union Township, Ohio, Rita Costantino of Cincinnati, Penny Masten of Louisville, Amy Littlewood of Darlington, England, and Christie Brock of Walton; and eight grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Erlanger. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, Ludlow.

Memorials are suggested to the Joseph Wartman Trust Fund, in care of any Bank of Kentucky branch.
