1 Year old fully automated SDS Automation channel letter assembly line equipment for sale!

  • Channel Bender SXP - Bends coils from 1"-8" height / face-lit, halo-lit and Trimless letters, Aluminum, Stainless and Mild steel, letters as small as 3" in height
  • Channel Sander - Pre sands aluminum coil for reverse lit letters, saves $$$ in hours of hand sanding!
  • Channel Stitcher - This rapid-fire fastening solution creates its own industrial-strength staple from a coil of galvanized or stainless-steel wire to attached aluminum or ACM backs to sides
  • Channel Trimmer - Automated trim cap processing solution that will automatically notch outside corners, mark inside corners and measure all distances with remarkable accuracy
