Wood Grain Vector File for Router

Recommended Posts

Does anyone have a wood grain vector file to carve sign foam on router. I have looked and can't seem to find this. I know they are out there, I just can't seem to find it.

It's to give the appearance of wood grain on sign foam.

Thanks

I do this all the time but use a picture of whatever wood I want and create a height map from it - you can create some very realistic wood that way. What software are you using?

I was going to send a picture to see if it was what you were looking for - but couldn't find my attach button?

Anyway, my router guy says the ones we did were a combination of enroute software and v-carve. If that doesn't make sense - give me a call and I'll put him on the phone with you. If Eric will give me back the "attach" button - I'll post a couple pics that were routed and gold leafed.
