Looks great! what model elliot is that? i have never seen a winch mounted like that? is it for a jib?

Keith it is a Model# EC-L-55 and yes that is the jib winch. I believe Elliott now places that at the end of the jib assembly instead of on the floor of the work basket. It does reduce your floor space but it is really nice to lift and manuver signs while in the basket. It can be operated from the ground controls as well.
