  1. You are correct...it is a private label. Oh...you should also know that they blamed the chemistry of the acrylic we use - Optex LD...
  2. Hi Dennis - thanks for all of that. They tried to blame us for the application although we used the exact same wet application on the Avery vinyl and have yet to have one occurrence of the type of shrinking and cracking that you see in the photo. We were told by Trim that their translucent vinyl is Cast. We did get them to take back all of the vinyl we had in house and replace with 3M (this color only). However my cost to replace these faces is WAY more than the value of the vinyl....
  3. Has anybody else had problems like this with translucent vinyl? The below photo was taken yesterday and the signs were installed 3 years ago. We have had numerous similar problems with Accucut Trnaslucent Vinyl supplied by Trim USA. We never had this problem when we used Avery but when our customer changed their spec we had to change vinyls and went to Accucut as that was our main vendor. We have since changed to 3M shortly after we saw these problems in the field.
  4. Gary, thanks so much! I just got off the phone with them!
  5. HTM-Lighting sold cool looking exterior LED lighting mounted on goose neck fittings. I used them for a job a couple of years ago and now need parts. I tried to contact them and their number is disconnected. I am specifically looking for replacement lighting tubes or if someone knows if the business was acquired and who the new owner is.
