    try signstructures.com This is McFarland Engineering - We do a lot of work with them and they have been really helpful with some of our designs - I don't know if they are licensed in New Jersey or not.

    I don't know that they have a # designation - however , the people you get your acrylic or polycarbonate should be able to set you up with a recycler. They may even pay you by the pound for it , so shop around.

    some of the older rotating signs used a brass ring - spring loaded follower that might work - but you may have code issues.
