when you buy a cell phone, T.V., or ant other electronics, you MUST pay a recycling fee, LEDs are a electronic waste, make the end user pay when selling the NEW LED chanel letter, by the whay tell them that the LEDs well need to be replaced what every 4-5 yrs. just a thought Roger Daniells C.R.Glow

Neon bender/ shop owner here. I've been telling customers about the recyling of neon tubes vs. that of LEDs, all of the neon tube is recycleable [yes even Hg] LEDs are E waste and should have a pre disposable fee tack on just like are E waste on computers T.V.s any other E materal. just a thought.
