    carbide tipped blades are the best choice--60 or more teeth are the best feed at a moderate speed to avoid chipping too fast and you will get ragged edges put the aluminum between some hard board or thin plywood to get a cleaner cut make sure this sandwich is pushed down against the back board firmly
