Deburring Aluminum Edges

Looking to see if there is a hand or power tool available to debur the

edge of aluminum once you score and cut it of the brake?

We usually have to hit it with sandpaper to knock the sharp edge off

would be nice if we could just zip a tool down the side?

Anyone know of any such device?

We actually buy 3M deburring wheels to clean up our extrusion cuts. They're not cheap, but they last quite a long time. There are several types and you could attach them into either a side grinder or rotozip type tool. It's a little more complex than simply dragging something along the edge (we use fibreglas PCB scraps for that), but it does a much better job and can be used for many types of edge trimming and cleaning.
