Looking for input on router purchase. Anyone own and operate a Multicam ----------- how does it fare in everyday usage versus other brands. And -- for those that have a MultiCam --------- in put on the decision between the 1000 series and the 3000 series.

I can't help with Multi Cam but I have an AXYZ that has worked without issue since 2003. The only advise I would have is "get the biggest table you can afford". Seems like you always need to cut something bigger.

I HAD HAD A SHOPBOT FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS. WHEN IT WAS TIME TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE, I LOOKED AT MANY DIFFERENT BRANDS AND TRAVELED TO SEVERAL MANUFACTURERS TO SEE THEIR MACHINES. I FOUND PRECISION AUTOMATED EQUIPMENT TO HAVE THE HIGHEST QUALITY AND THE BEST PRICING. I PURCHASED SERVOS RATHER THAN STEPPERS AND A 4HP SPINDLE. MY MACHINE IS A TANK! I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE AND ITS MADE IN THE USA. I ALSO FOUND THE PAE STAFF TO BE GREAT TO WORK WITH. -- MY SON HAS A MULTICAM AND IS TRYING TO SELL IT TO PURCHASE A PAE MACHINE LIKE MINE.
