I DO have to chuckle at those who are in our industry leadership that tell me, that I...and this site hurts the sign industry because of the topics we tackle and dare to take on. To be accused of "tearing down....bashing......not getting it right.....putting the industry in a bad light...." because it does not follow into their play is.....quite amusing.

Leadership is NOT about licking your finger to see which way the wind is blowing, or doing a poll and base a decision on possible revenue loss or relationship loss. It's about making the "right decision...the right call" and sticking with it.

When it comes to a hard important decision there are two options, "What comes easy" and "doing what's right". Doing what's right is usually the long hard, lonely road.....SOMETIMES a road that ends up in loss, but the correct road nonetheless.

Glad to see some leadership finally stepping up, we just need to aid/support them in anyway we can.
