I did a job a couple years ago that required some neon to be animated (still allowed in some parts). The company that made the sign got it all wrong and the animator wasn't doing what it was supposed to do. I contacted the guy who made the animator, explained the situation, and he fixed me up quickly, efficiently, and at little cost. I was on the phone with him several times and came away from the ordeal with great respect for him. He knew I would be calling him because he sensed that the sign manufacturer was, how can I put this kindly, an idiot. :crazy:
