Tako Tyko Signs and Lighting is an established Commercial Sign business, catering to corporate clients nation-wide. We are experiencing significant growth and are looking for outside salespeople to bring in new business. We are ready to compensate excellent candidates with the highest rates in the industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with corporate accounts. This position is the lead and first contact with the client and is key in communicating with the client every step of the way; from conception to completion. The salesperson will know how to make each project profitable while keeping the customer satisfied. S/he will exercise discretion when dealing with high profile accounts and know how to bring in large projects that continue to be profitable past the initial sale.

The day to day duties include building leads, following up on leads, generating new business, offering services and new products to existing clients, maintaining contact with clients to update on current project status, overseeing job quality to make sure it meets and exceeds client expectations, and following up with client upon completion of project.

Candidate requirements:

- Ability sell into corporate accounts

- Able to work in office and off-site

- Self-starter with the ability to prospect and close new business

      Job description Job Overview We are seeking skilled installers, service technicians and apprentices to join our team. Allied Signs Incorporated is a full-service sign company that specializes in serving and installing corporate signage for national sign manufacturing companies. We also manufacture and install signs for local clients. We are offer premium hourly rate and benefits. Immediately available positions:   * Apprentice Position for Sign Installer/ Sign Service/ Sign Survey technician. Position responsibilities include assisting with the installation of all types of signs, servicing sign/lighting components, site survey work for signs, working with aerial equipment, crane trucks, welders, forklifts, augers. Tasks will also include excavation, concrete work, general labor in the yard, shop labor, recycling, truck and equipment maintenance. Chauffer's or CDL a plus  $20-$26 per hr   * MI Licensed Electrical Sign Specialist: Sign Installer/ Sign Service/ Sign Survey technician. Position responsibilities include the installation of all types of signs, servicing sign/lighting components, site survey work for signs, working with aerial equipment, crane trucks, welders, forklifts, augers. Tasks will also include excavation, concrete work, general labor in the yard, shop labor, recycling, truck and equipment maintenance.       Yes, that happens.   With these corporations, someone new gets in the purchasing department and they go with whoever is 10 cents cheaper.

      Maybe you can get the installation part of it.  Again they are all about the bottom dollar and want to know your hourly rate.  Then they decide what is being installed and how long it should take you to do it . They were great customers and we did a lot of business with them, Management changes and different ideas and values are now in place

      We used to build CubeSmart Signs and Install them as a total package Then They wanted everything broken down specifically to the dollar. At this time. it s all priced based and its open sign season to everyone
