Ahh, your question to me several months after the fact now makes a little more sense. If need be I can still dig out all the documentation regarding my situation

Not really worth your time especially since it's been resolved. But I think I may have my own situation on my hands with a national co., just have to wait a little bit and see what happens with their response first before I post the docs.
