Well Guys, how are you all dealing with current conditions in dealing with your National Sign & Service Companies and Extending Credit.

 

Are you still willing to extend the 30-60-90-120 Days? Or are you asking for 50% Down by Credit Card with the Balance on the Credit Card upon completion?

Especially with the new ones that are starting to contact us that we have never done business with.

 

Would like to hear what others think especially with all the Bankruptcies being announced. Even in circumstances where the one you are working with and it has nothing to do with this transaction but the National ges hit wiht a big debt by another large client that they are not going to ever see any funds on, this has to have a ripple effect.

 

Let's hear what you all think. Stay Safe and Stay in Business People.

One thing I'm starting to see sign companies use as a tool along with the threats of a lien, and don't know how legal it is but cutting off the additional insured certification carry

 I have always demanded deposits and Balances under my terms for many years
 

 No one works for free, Not the Nationals, Not the Maintenance Companies and Not me.
 If they want to pay in 30 or 45 days, perfect with me.  Tell them to send you the payment on their Credit Card.
THEY can then pay their Credit Card Company in 30 0r 45 days or whenever 
Everyones happy

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know of anyone that has been paid by Image Point, after Oak Park Partners acquired the remnant assets?

A good friend of mine almost went under because of Image Point but he was able to get about 75-80% of the monies owed to him.    I think he had to go after I.P.'s customers in some cases.   

 

And as far as the vast majority of these national service companies are concerned, I echo Paul's sentiments.   Do it on my terms or not at all.
