Effective Sign Works, an area full service sign company with an excellent reputation and track record has immediate openings for Installation Technicians. This is a great career opportunity for a hard working, reliable and versatile individual.

Unique full time 40 hour / 4 Day Work Week gives you 3 consecutive days off including weekends most weeks. Health insurance, overtime, paid time off, paid holidays and top hourly rates. Updated equipment, safety program, excellent support staff, family atmosphere.

You will be using your expertise to install a variety of sign products such as building signs, window graphics, entrance canopies and sign structures for business organizations such as; gyms, restaurants, schools, hospitals, banks and small businesses.

MINIMUM qualifications required:
-Clean driving record
-Currently drug free
-Able to pass a FEDERAL background check
-Minimum 21 years old
-Basic understanding of electrical systems and construction
-Able to work occasional abnormal hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and out of town work
-Clean professional appearance
-Good language and communication skills
-Great attitude!
-Proficient with basic construction tools… saws, drills, hand tools, tape measure
-Able or experienced working from ladders, boom trucks, man lifts and crane equipment
-Able to drive a mid-size truck and haul a 30 foot trailer
-Team player, able to work with others, and do what it takes to get the job done
-In good physical shape able to lift over 75lbs, bend, twist and work off of a ladder
-Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
-Trustworthy and have excellent customer service skills
-Must be 100% Reliable & Dependable

BONUS qualifications… (Not required but preferred)
-Sign installing experience with an electrical Sign Company
-Experience with digital graphics and vinyl application

*This role includes working around electricity and working from ladders, lifts and bucket trucks year round.
