This is also the company that bought Masonlite Ltd along with all the equipment and the name, which is now in Hungary. Still not sure if they are using the plant they took over.

Hi, pretty new here, but I do know a bit about this bunch!! In 1990 Masonlite was sold by it's then owners to Pressac Holdings Plc who subsequently sold the business to Masonlite Holdings Limited ("Holdings") a newly incorporated company during 1999. Holdings ultimate controlling party is Voltarc Inc ("Voltarc") which was under the control of the company's sole director Mr D Ward. Transco was Masonlites biggest customer and of course Mr Ward wanted them with Voltarc....thats one tie!!
