Mikita 1/2" Cordless BDF452HW

Recommended Posts

I just picked up this little beauty for my dad who occasionally help me out at job sites. I thought I'd experiment with the likes of him since I don't wanna mismatch my yellow and black collection :muahaha:

I'm very impressed with this drill it's the first to use Ion-Lithium battery's (about time) because Ni-Cad Sucks!

Advantage in Battery? Lasts longer and charges faster!

This drill is less than 1/2 the weight of my 18V DeWalt and has a cool LED Light right above the trigger. Some models have dual lights. This comes standard 15Minute charger.

Tool comes with a 3 year warranty and 1 year for the battery, not bad IMO

I think I know what my next purchase will be when that time comes for myself, unless DeWalt finally comes out with their verision

I was told by one of DeWalt's reps that they were developing a 28v lithium weighing in at the same as their present 18v. This was many months ago, but I've not heard anything since. Does Makita have anything bigger than 18v? 15 minute charger should help sell a lot of these drills.

I do it in the transformer box.
