Position Description:

• The ideal candidate has a very strong background in signage, has successfully sold national and regional programs to major retailers and has client contacts to facilitate immediate sales.

• Location is flexible and relocation is not required.

• An individual with industry expertise and knowledge will be well compensated.

• Based in Meriden CT POP Graphics is a division of 100 year old and privately held Company.

• POP Graphics (PG) provides high quality interior and exterior signs including:

o Retail branding products

o POP display graphics

o Large format printing

o 3D dimensional letters and logos

o Back lit light boxes

o Exterior illuminated channel letters and signage

• In-house manufacturing includes CAD, Digital graphics printers, CNC routers, Sheet metal fabrication shop, Paint finishing shop and vinyl graphics shop.

• PG sells to major retailers and brands, marketing and advertising firms and display manufacturers.

• PG has project management staff to, execute signage surveys, obtain landlord approval & sign permits, and manage sign installations throughout the U.S.

• PG has executed several notable rollouts for the wireless industry including national, regional and single store programs

• Client programs have been successfully produced for Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Samsung, Cingular, Cox Communications, CompUSA, Wireless Zone, CBS TV, Sikorski Aircraft and Pitney Bowes. The market focus continues to be on national chains with hundreds/thousands of stores.

Compensation:

• POP Graphics offers a health insurance program provided by Blue Cross/ Anthem which includes dental and prescription coverage.

• 401 K with a 3% match and 5-year vesting program

• PG commissions are paid at a high percentage of individual’s gross sales

• Salary plus commission, including travel expenses and vacation time available

Exceptional candidates:

This is the first in-house sales position at POP Graphics and high potential exists for this individual to build and lead the sales force. In addition the individual generating exceptional sales will have an opportunity for equity discussions.
