The Sign Syndicate Meet

Recommended Posts

I know it's early but I wanted to get a early discussion out.

Our previous meet was based on Neon only, but times have obviously changed and now it's time to do a meet based on "Electric Signs" that includes all light sources. I will be booking a room here at Mission Bay, same location as the last one we planned. I will be bringing all the light projects that we will currently have running, The Great White Hope, Project Tighty Whitey & The Red Light District, so these can be seen in person.

I talked this briefly over with Sean, he said his company EGL would be interested in coming down and discussing a topic or two. Maybe Marko, Manuel, Ventex, ABC, Regal, Plexiglas, Roal, Elite Lamp, Neon Group. Any vendor interested is welcome, we're just looking for some good topics to discuss.

Would love to spend a day on this here discussing topics on day out of a weekend in the summer time (July / August), best place to be in the summer time and a town with plenty to do with never enough time.

Let me your thoughts.

I didn't get to see enough of San Diego last time, so sign me up.

I think the bi thing will be showing the demos you have in person. Having done these in varying sizes and seen others in sign shops, yours is the most thorough I have seen anywhere.

By that time you'll have other tutorial or demo stuff to show as well, but I think it would e wise to keep it low key and cost effective, so as many people can participate as possible.
