I'm still looking for an LED strip that i can put in a solid acrylic letter with a routed groove, I have seen alot we have made a few samples, I just cant find a product that is UL Listed for this application, anyone doing this type of applications and have you had any issues with UL inspectors, any help is appreciated.

Hello, Not sure if this is what you are looking for but you may check out Lumificent LEDs. They come on a flat tape and can be changed by pulling out the actual LED and plugging in a new one. Very nice set up I found out about them from a company that makes our channel letters. I have used them to do halo effects on boards that hold neon signs, gives a nice back glow around the board. Good people to deal with also. Good luck I hope this helps you out.
