Looking for Sales Representative

As one of the leading sign companies in Connecticut, Sign Pro, Inc., in New Britain, CT, requires an experienced salesperson to join our sales team. As part of our strategic expansion plan, we would like to recruit the right person to assist us in gaining future market share. You will be responsible for research and development of new clients, from small new entrepreneurs to large corporations, from single signs to multiple site branding roll-outs.

The successful candidate should possess the following attributes:

· Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets

· Ability to absorb technical information and communicate customer requirements

· Ability to track and manage projects/opportunities with key decision makers

· Ability to coordinate between customers, contractors and production staff

· Self-starter, energetic , enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment

· Enjoy working with others and generating business by building relationships in the community, meeting new people and building/maintaining long-term customer relationships

· Professional demeanor and high attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to write professional letters and emails

· Estimating and basic graphics software experience helpful

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, graphics software such as Adobe Illustrator, etc.

· A plus would be a background of selling to the public and private sector in the sign industry
