Looking for advice on Manitex sc85 verses an Elliott H90R we have run Elliott's for years but am considering a Manitex SC85, the lifting capacity is twice that of an Elliott, just wondering if they operate and hold up, we have had some problems with the Elliott's but haven't seen very many Manitex's around.

MANITEX IS THE BEST Far superior to anything else out there. When you get down to the nuts and bolts...and the construction , you will see there is a big difference

The workmanship. The quality, the way everything is done. Manitex is crane, scaled down for the sign industry.

If you look at the new Elliots, they are copying Manitex design and construction now. That says it all.

I have been running my Manitex 5 days a week plus...8 hrs a day. Since 2004 WITHOUT one single problem. The only issue I had was a blown fuse, simple repair
